Roof Repair Smedway handles Storm Damage Roof Repair from initial assessment through adjuster-ready documentation, so Zanesville homeowners aren't navigating a claim alone.
Hail and wind damage isn't always visible from the driveway — our Storm Damage Roof Repair inspections check every slope, not just what's easy to see.
Our Storm Damage Roof Repair reports note both storm damage and any pre-existing wear separately, which adjusters appreciate.
Every Storm Damage Roof Repair assessment is conducted by a technician trained specifically in storm damage evaluation.
Post-storm call volume spikes fast — our Zanesville crews prioritize active leaks first, then work through the queue.
Written Storm Damage Roof Repair estimates before any repair work begins, matched to your claim documentation.
We've seen what speeds a claim through and what slows it down, and we document accordingly.
Here's what a typical Storm Damage Roof Repair visit after a Zanesville storm event includes.
Hail damage often shows as bruised or missing granules rather than obvious cracks, and it's easy to miss from the ground.
We check shingle tabs and seal lines across the whole roof, not just the visibly missing sections.
Debris removal and structural assessment happen together, not as two separate visits.
We document storm damage with photos and measurements formatted for how Zanesville, OH carriers typically review claims.
Once damage is documented, we move to repair — targeted fixes for isolated damage, full sections where needed.
We check gutters and downspouts alongside the roof, since storm damage rarely stops at the roofline.
Describe what happened and what you're seeing, and we'll get an inspection scheduled.
Technicians check every slope, not just the side most visibly affected by the storm.
You receive a written damage report and repair estimate, formatted for insurance claim purposes if needed.
Repairs are scheduled and completed to manufacturer spec, with documentation ready for your adjuster if you're filing a claim.
